THE POWER OF GRATITUDE

First things first.
The first thing you should do after wake-up is a mental
revision of your capital (the total of your assets, your belongings) .
You feel mentally sound? It's OK. Feel grateful for it. It's not just
enough to feel the gratitude, express it..Loudly, for your ears to hear.
Next! Your body. Twist you neck lightly, feel your head. If you are still
having it above your neck, that's also OK. Express gratitude, loudly.
Feel your arms, move them, shoulders to fingers...
If they respond "OK", say THANKS! Loudly please, for your spouse or
your room mates to hear.
Good! Proceed the same way for your chest, belly, legs and so on.
Like the military chief who, after a harsh battle and a withdrawal,
reviews his troops, calling out their names one after the other to know
who made it back and how many falled on the battleground.
For every soldier who responds "yes", he feels great and shouts out
loudly: "Thanks".
What is the real purpose of saying thanks?
Gratitude is powerful, no joke. Try it and see. It never fails, i say..never.
What it does, i can tell you. How it works, i don't know. If anybody can
explain, welcome on board...We are here to learn.
What gratitude does is, it reinforces the odds of the things you are greatful
for. If you thank for your good health, even if you are not that healthy,
you are calling for more health. It is like you are posting a request to
the Lord, to the Nature or whatever your faith, for more health.
And that call never remains unanswered.
The more you repeat "thanks" or whatever the formula you use for it,
the more it widens the irrigating channels.
Next, when you thank for anything, you feel good in yourself, your soul, and
you feel in tune with the whole nature.
Gratitude is healthy, it is natural, it is POWERFUL.
Allow yourself more of it. It won't harm you. You don't risk overdose,
there can't be any.
So, why not use such a powerful yet free weapon for the sake
of our happiness and that of the whole humanity.
Start it now.
A CUP OF GRATITUDE EVERY DAY AT LEAST, IF IT CAN'T BE A SHOWER.
